Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: For IN STOCK items, I should have most orders out within a week. Expect around 3-7 days of processing time; everything is packed and sent out by me!
For PREORDER items, please anticipate at least 1-2 months of processing time. If you have ordered PO and in stock items in the same order, the order cannot be shipped until all items have arrived. If you are not okay with waiting, then please separate your in stock and PO items in separate orders!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: I do! Please check USPS website to see the list of countries that I can currently ship to.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: At the moment, I am not accepting any returns on products UNLESS the item is damaged in transit or the order is incorrect. If your order has not shipped yet and you would like to cancel, please contact me immediately.
Q: My order arrived damaged! What do I do?
A: Please contact me with images of the damaged product(s) and I will do my best to arrange a solution for you! If the item is still in stock, I can offer redelivery or exchange for only cost of shipping. This will be handled case by case!
Q: When will your shop be open again?
A: My shop opens sporadically throughout the year to clear out backstock, so I can't predict when the next opening or merch drop will be. Stock is very limited and I don't plan to restock items unless they perform exceptionally well, so if you have your eyes on something I'd suggest to grab it ASAP. Hopefully one day I will have an always open storefront, though!
Q: Where are the BBKAZ plushies?
A: I am currently working on getting samples made! Preorders will open here on my site once they are complete. Please check my social media for more frequent updates!
